IMPORTANT INFORMATION
To secure your session date and time, a deposit of 50% of the total package price is required at booking. This deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled shoot. After that period, the deposit becomes non-refundable. Bookings greater than 1 hour will be based off the hourly rate, not the 30 min rate. For example: 8 people booking for 2 hours: $99 x 2 = $198/person
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, illness, or campus disruptions (e.g., protests), you may reschedule your session at no additional cost with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Important Note for Group Sessions:
In our experience, most group sessions (>4) require more than one hour—especially if each person wants their own set of individual portraits. To make sure everyone gets enough time for quality solo shots, we highly recommend scheduling for >2 hours. Bookings greater than 1 hour will be based off the hourly rate, not the 30 min rate.

All members of the group package have to be present at the shoot concurrently.
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time to make the most of your session. Your booking time begins at the scheduled start time, not upon arrival.
Late arrivals will not receive extra time added to their session.
If you're more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to shorten the session without refund, depending on the remaining time and our schedule.
