IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Deposit & Cancellation: A 50% deposit is required at booking to secure your session date and time. The deposit is fully refundable with 7 days’ notice. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the session will result in a non-refundable deposit.

• Rescheduling: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, illness, or campus disruptions, you may reschedule your session at no additional cost with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Session Pricing: Bookings longer than 1 hour are calculated using the hourly rate. Example: 8 people booking for 2 hours: $99 × 2 hours = $198/person.

• Late Arrivals: Your session begins at the scheduled start time, not when you arrive. Late arrivals will not receive additional time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to shorten the session without refund based on the remaining time and our schedule.

• Session End Time & Overtime: Clients are responsible for keeping track of their scheduled session end time. If the session continues past the scheduled end time, additional time will be automatically charged at the prorated per-minute rate based on your booked package. Any time beyond the scheduled end time is considered overtime.
